It is that time of the year again: Seasonal Depression or Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). It is a mood disorder that is characterized by depression that occurs at the same time every year.

Seasonal affective disorder occurs in climates where there is less sunlight at certain times of the year. Or when winter comes around and there are less hours in the day with sunlight.
